DEI: The Marxist Push to Force Your Political Identity
See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil
Ask no questions. Use no discernment. If you’re conservative-leaning, you’re not likely to find a job in America’s Ivy League schools, and the U.S. government wants to be sure that it stays that way.
Through heavily funding DEI, and the institutes that promulgate a Maoist-Communist idealism, your traditional values are being overtaken by extreme leftists in positions of academic power.
Race, Class, and Sexuality are the dividers in this nation under the guise of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Extreme leftist opinions are the only allowable way to opine.
When institutions like Harvard, Rutgers, Yale, Princeton, or even your local school board supported through the Department of Education are asked questions about why and if they teach Critical Race Theory (CRT), they hide their true work under language like DEI, DEIB, racial equity, racial justice, and anti-bais, while still promoting the core tenets of CRT. Equally, they use race-baiting, and other ‘isms’ to promote division.
What’s CRT?
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day line in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” - Martin Luther King
Critical Race Theory (CRT) in essence, defines a person by their skin color rather than the content of their character. It also states that negative stereotypes assigned to members of minority groups benefit white people and increase racial oppression. What CRT doesn’t reveal is that many of the institutions promoting it are anti-white and anti-traditional values. CRT promotes the idea that racism is a social construct and that it isn’t perpetuated by individual people.
Racism is practiced by people of every color. There are open-minded and accepting White, Black, Asian, Pacific-Islander, Latino, etc. people and there are assholes. We’re all acting as individuals. CRT tries to push racism to continue to divide us and to give full permission for a social narrative that doesn’t promote equality as Martin Luther King once promoted, but destroys it. It is the undercurrent of BLM, trans-mania pushing for the mutilation of children so that we’re never accused of being homophobic, and even the social warping of conservative family values that teaches women that they can’t truly be women, and must compete with men to have value under a thin veil of first-wave feminism.
How DEI is Pushed at Harvard
Harvard gets much of its money from donors and tuition, but guess who else foots the bill? You do, in the form of government grants funneled through none other than the same agency that brought you Covid-19. . .the very same government agency who holds the patents for a disease created in a lab in Wuhan with your tax dollars, then used against you - the National Institute of Health (NIH).
NIH gives Harvard more than $30 billion for medical research every year and contributed more than $442 million to Harvard in 2018. Grants make up 71 percent of the funding Harvard gets from the Fed, which accounts for 50% of their research funding overall. Is it odd that this government-funded ivory tower is also pushing diversity equity, and inclusion (DEI)?
Professors who apply at Harvard must turn in the typical resume and cover letter, but also an allegiance to promoting DEI philosophy. They have to explicitly detail their orientation toward DEI and how they’ll commit to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. They’re asked questions like, “How does your research help marginalized communities?” “How much do you know about systematic patriarchy?” i.e. What are you going to do to teach “white and straight is bad?”
Academic freedom doesn’t exist. The Socratic method doesn’t exist. But Socialism, Communism, and Maoism are alive and well, and you’d better abide by their social programming.
How is DEI Maoist? It’s straight from a “thought reform” playbook instituted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The CCP used the following tactics to get people to fall in line with Maoist motivations:
Struggle sessions (Where people labeled as “thought enemies” were publicly humiliated or worse.)
Propaganda
Criticism
Self Criticism (To make you question your own sanity through gas-lighting, etc.)
Gino: Resorts to Data Falsification to Promote Maoism
How badly do they want us to swallow this narrative? A tenured business professor at Harvard, Francesca Gino has been found guilty of plagiarizing from at least 15 other authors, her own students, and in a 1300-page report, even falsifying data to promote DEI-premised works. She’s now suing Harvard for questioning her tenure, because yes, you should be teaching other people when you can’t even use your own words to teach said division.
Tenured Professor at Rutgers Says to “Take White People Down”
It’s not just Harvard. Brittany Cooper, a tenured professor at Rutgers wants to “take white people down” because they’re corrupt. In an interview, Cooper recently stated, “The real sort of issue here is white people viscerally fear. . . that there is no other way to be human other than the way which they are human. . . Mimicking a white-person in the same interview, she stated, “If ya’ll had all of this power, you would do the same thing. . . “
Perhaps Cooper should revisit her history. Or look at P. Diddy with his own alleged slave. Slavery is awful, but it’s not just white folks who have subjugated and harmed others. Slavery spans every nationality, culture, and religion since ancient times. Africans have enslaved other Africans. Europeans have enslaved other Europeans. Irish people were indentured servants in early migrations to New York.
DEI rules that rhetoric like this should spew from a tenured professor’s mouth, and be supported by your tuition and tax money. As Candace Owens points out, Cooper is talking about taking out people who live across seven continents. That is reminiscent of genocide.
Anti-Racist or Pushing Division and Anti-White, Anti-Heterosexual, Anti-Christian Ideologies?
Many of the ideas promoted within DEI are touted by Paul Freire. Freire is from the so-called “freedom” school that adds to the trans-mania flooding our society and who perpetuates the racist, “anti-racist” agenda through his many partnerships, such as those touted on his website:
TASH Inclusive Practices
City High School's Gender-Sexuality Alliance Club
CCCL Board's Equity Work
Restorative Practices at all 3 Schools
SRI National Equity workshop held at Cityccl
"I'm Not Racist, Am I" Workshops
Kore Press equity workshops (Feminism & Social Justice; Difficult Discussions; Trans Competencies)
National Association of Multicultural Education
XITO Summer Institutes
Tucson Jewish History Museum
Southern AZ AIDs Foundation (Youth Empowerment and LGBTQ Leadership)
AdaptiveX (Leadership Training & Landscape Analysis)
Freire is also the writer of the Pedagogy of the Oppressed that, in a nutshell, promotes Maoism and Communism and devalues Christianity as a religion, teaching that Christians are just programmed by their religion to be conservative, in an attempt to force Christians into collectivism. One of the main ideas of Freire is Critical Social Justice, a pedagogy that states that racism exists no matter what, and that your very existence as a white person, should you be unlucky enough to be born one, is racism in action.
DEI is Destroying America From the Inside Out
Our universities are teaching the next generation DEI and to hate conservative values. At least you can understand how they’re doing it. They tell you that if you criticize Critical Race Theory or DEI, then you’re racist. It’s insanity.
DEI perpetuates racism. Critical Social Justice is a joke. If you don’t teach your children differently, schools from elementary school to university will prescribe how your children can think - discouraging critical thinking at all. If you want true diversity and inclusion, get rid of DEI.
House Republicans are introducing a bill that would cancel funding for medical schools that support DEI. Do you think with the NIH’s tentacles in Harvard will let that pass? They‘ve got lobbyists. With 50% of their funding coming from a government institute that wants you fighting with other races instead of waking up to government corruption to fight against that - the bill has got as much chance of passing as well, Professor Cooper at Rutgers uttering a cogent thought.
My husband has an engineering degree from a big ten university. I have a BS and Masters in special education. We’ll be encouraging our grandsons to go into a skilled trades. Higher education is lost in this country.
As our society continues to break down, it’s important to build an alternate system. Homeschooling instead of institutional schools, trades instead of college, buying local instead of big box stores, barter instead of cash. While we can’t completely avoid partaking in the established society, the day may come when we’re forced out for “wrong-think”. What will we do then? Best prepare, and remember, EVERY victim says “I didn’t think it would happen to me”….
